Mrs. Katjaerua has successfully acted on behalf of private clients in bail applications and other criminal matters. Our Mrs Millicent Kastoor, was a public prosecutor for over a year and thus acts on bahalf of private clients in criminal proceedings at KLP.

Mrs. Katjaerua has been chairing and continues to chair many disciplinary inquiries at FNB and other private companies and also provides legal advice in this field. She has assisted NASRIA and other corporate giants with updating its human resources policies.

Mrs. Katjaerua has been successfully doing debt collections for banks and for private individuals institutions. Our approach to debt collection is unique and humane.
Our candidate legal practitioner, Ms. Georgia Benade is employed at the Master of High Court and specifically deals with the administration of deceased estates and liquidation of companies alike.KLP thus have excellent skills set in dealing with liquidation, administration deceased estates, and drafting of wills and testaments.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Not only is KLP well versed with court-annexed ADR processes in the High Court of Namibia, but KLP through its consultant Brian Katjaerua also has exposure to, and well experienced in offering private arbitration services (FIDIC included) as well as assisting clients with drafting valid arbitration agreements.
Mrs. Katjaerua and Marie Wessels are both Notary Publics since 1 August 2018. As result, KLP offers a range of services to its clients including preparation and lodgment of anti-nuptial contracts and for company registration
Mrs. Katjaerua has successfully completed studies of the law of intellectual property rights as part of her LLM and will be offering this service. KLP successfully registered a trademark for its corporate client: “I am Namibia, I am Namibian”.
Since its inception, KLP has acted for a big corporate on two mergers and filed a merger notice to the Competition Commission on behalf of this corporate. This service is thus well within the skills set of KLP.
